Idaho Code Ann. § 39-909, Tests for Phenylketonuria and Preventable Diseases in Newborn Infants

Requires health care facilities to test newborn infants for phenylketonuria and any other preventable diseases required by the State Board of Health and Welfare. Requires the person that administers to test to report the results as directed by the Board.
