Reporting of diagnoses and HIV-related tests, events, and conditions to the department,
Requires health care providers to report to the Department of Health all positive HIV tests results, AIDS/AIDS-related conditions, births by an HIV-infected person, deaths of HIV-infected persons, and deaths attributed to an AIDS-related condition. Specifies the information that must be included in the report (person’s name, health care provider’s name, lab that conducted the test, etc.).
