The Iowa program is known as Iowa Medicaid or MediPass.  It is administered by the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise, a division of the Iowa Department of Human Services. Their website can be found here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 678,000 individuals enrolled in the Iowa Medicaid program.1
