Individuals may submit written requests for information to the Commission for information contained in the HIS. The Commission may charge a fee for providing copies of the information requested. If a request is a non-routine requests and refers to research, analytical, or linking databases, the written requests must state the name, address, and organizational affiliation; the specific data requests; and the specific intended use of the data, among other requirements.
