State and federal agencies may access the analytical dataset to obtain data and reports, but only to the extent the information is relevant to the agency’s purpose. The Director of the Commission may require the state or federal agency agree to confidentiality and use requirements. All information provided from the analytical database must not identify any patient or health care professional.
