Immunization Requirements-N.M. Code R. § 7.5.2.8

All children must be immunized for the listed diseases in accordance with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. A child is non-compliant when they have not been exempted from the immunization requirements. All schools and facilities must maintain immunization records for all children, and the records must be retained under the guidelines listed in N.M. Code R. §1.20.2.101 and N.M. Code R. §1.15.8.101. All immunization records must be made available to the Public Health Division at any time, as well as during the annual immunization audit.
