Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-102b, Confidentiality of information concerning noninfectious diseases; disclosure

Classifies noninfectious disease information obtained by the Secretary of Health and Environment as confidential. Permits the Secretary to disclose the information with the consent of the person about whom the information pertains or, if the person is under 18, the consent of their parent or guardian. Permits disclosure of non-identifying information for research purposes.
