Authorizes physicians treating patients who they know have tested positive for an infectious disease to disclose this fact to corrections employees who have or may come into contact with the patient’s body fluid. Prohibits corrections employees from disclosing information they receive. Classifies unauthorized disclosures as class C misdemeanors. Grants immunity to physicians for any liability that may arise from disclosing information so long as their disclosure was made in good faith and without malice.
