Grants government officials and persons authorized to enforce the Adult Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Act (Idaho Code Ann. § 39-5301 et seq.) authority, subject to Idaho’s Public Records Act, to access records as necessary to carry out their Chapter 53 duties. Requires a vulnerable adult or their legal representative to consent in writing to the release of their records.
