Requires pharmacies to maintain records for at least three years unless otherwise stated. Requires pharmacies to maintain prescriptions drug orders and an inventory of controlled substances in accordance with federal law. Permits pharmacies to maintain records in a central location if doing so is permissible under federal law. Authorizes use of electronic record storage so long as the records are legible and easily retrievable.
