Establishes standards for pharmacy services in skilled nursing facilities and intermediate care facilities that address items such as the care and handling of medications, hiring of a licensed pharmacist to oversee pharmacy services, and medication records. Specifies the information that must be documented in patient records (e.g., name of medication, date of administration, dosage, etc.).
