“Sexual misconduct; disqualification for license, certificate, or registration under the regulation and occupations law”
A health care practitioner may not engage in sexual activities with a patient or the patient’s family member, guardian, or representative. Any health care practitioner who engages in sexual misconduct may face disciplinary sanctions or revocation or denial of a license.
