“False representation of licensure, or willful misrepresentation or fraudulent representation to obtain license, unlawful under the regulation of professions and occupations law”
It is unlawful for any person to fraudulently represent himself as a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant when he is not licensed as a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant.
