“Local ombudsman council onsite administrative assessments under the public health law”
The local ombudsman council must conduct annual onsite administrative assessments of each nursing home, assisted living facility, and adult family-care home within its jurisdiction. The assessments must focus on factors affecting the rights, health, safety, and welfare of the residents.
