“Violations and penalties under the Florida Pharmacy Act”
A person who operates a pharmacy that is not registered with the state of Florida is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A person who acts as a pharmacist without a license to practice as a pharmacist is guilty of a felony of the third degree.
