“Mandatory reporting of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults; mandatory reports of death under the Adult Protective Services Act”
Any health care professional who knows that a vulnerable adult has been or is being abused or neglected must immediately file a report to the central abuse hotline.
