“Guidelines for disposition of disciplinary cases under the Department of Health regulations”
The Board of Hearing Aid Specialists may fine or suspend, deny, place on probation, or revoke a hearing aid specialist’s license for the following:
- Being unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety; and
- Failing to return an overpayment from the Medicaid program.
