Determination of postfertilization age -- certain abortions prohibited.
Requires physicians to determine the post fertilization age of an unborn child prior to performing a an abortion. Prohibits abortions if the unborn child is 20 weeks or older. Provides an exception for abortions that occur due to a medical emergency. Requires physicians to report abortions to the Department of Public Health and specifies the information that must be reported (e.g., post fertilization age, method of abortion, etc.). Requires the Department to publish annual statistical reports based on reported abortion information.
