Financial and Statistical report and Determination of Payment Rate
Requires nursing facilities to submit a Financial and Statistical Report form to Iowa’s Medicaid cost audit and rate setting unit as a condition of participation in the Medicaid program. Establishes submission and content standards for these reports as well as rules regarding payment rates.
