Client Rights and Protections,
Grants rights and protections to Primary Care Case Management Program, Managed Care Organization, and Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan clients. The rights include the right to access their medical records, request corrections or amendments to their medical records, and to participate in their health care decisions.
