The Department of Public Health must administer a “breast and cervical cancer early detection and treatment referral program” that will promote breast and cervical cancer screening, detection, and treatment “among unserved or underserved populations,” provide early detection education, and provide counseling and referral services.
The program must include, among other elements, “a system to track and follow” women screened through the program.
