“Public access to information under the health law”
A hospital must disclose to the public the maximum number of patients and the number of nursing staff providing direct patient care in each unit during each shift. This information must be posted in a prominent place that is readily accessible to patients and visitors in that unit at least once each day. The posting must include the information for the preceding seven days.
