Providers enrolled in the Pennsylvania Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly (PACE) Program must provide the following information:
- Medical and fiscal records relating to participation in PACE to the department of aging;
- Complete information from PACE-related business transactions to the department; and
- Complete response to inquiries by utilization review committees.
