Standing Order for Opiate Agonist
Authorizes health care practitioners to write a standing order for opiate antagonist to any entity that during the course of their official business or duties might need to help a person who is undergoing an opiate related drug overdose. Requires the entity that receives the standing order to create a treatment policy that designates the individuals who will receive training to respond to an opioid overdose and requires the entity to report opioid antagonist administrations to the Department of Health.
