Solicited Patient Profiles
Authorizes occupational licensing boards to request licensee profiles from the Board of Pharmacy. Authorizes pharmacists and practitioners to request patient profiles from the Board of Pharmacy. Specifies the information that such patient profile requests must include (e.g., patient name, DEA registration number, practitioner signature, etc.). Permits such requests to be made electronically, by mail, or by fax. Permits patients or their authorized representatives to request access to their own patient profiles.
