“Health exchange advisory board under the public safety and welfare law”
A health exchange advisory board is established to advise the insurance commissioner and the commissioner of health and human services regarding the interests of New Hampshire businesses and consumers with respect to any federally-facilitated exchange that may be created for the state. The board is consists of 12 members, including one person representing Medicaid recipients and another person who is an advocate for enrolling hard to reach populations.
