“Joint health care reform oversight committee established under the public safety and welfare law”
A joint health care reform oversight committee is established and consists of 6 members. The committee must provide oversight, policy direction, and recommendations for legislation relating to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The committee must also review existing rules, bulletins, or policies. The committee is responsible for annually reporting to the New Hampshire legislature.
