“Disciplinary action under the occupations and professions law”
A mental health practitioner may be disciplined for misconduct which includes:
- Any unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, including engaging in sexual relations with a client;
- Unfitness or incompetency to practice; or
- Mental or physical incapacity to practice.
