“Disclosure to the department of health and human services under the Insurance Department regulations”
The regulations protecting the confidentiality of HIV results and records may not be construed to prohibit physicians, laboratories, hospitals, or other health providers from reporting laboratory test results or other medical information and persons diagnosed with HIV/AIDS infection to the Department of Health and Human Services.
