“Disciplinary action under the occupations and professions law”
A pharmacist may be disciplined for misconduct which includes:
- Any dishonest or unprofessional conduct;
- Ignorance or incompetence in the practice of pharmacy or acting in a manner which endangers the health and safety of patients;
- Mental or physical incompetency to practice; or
- Violations of pharmacy board rules.
