Results Laboratory - Medical Examination
Requires the sexually transmitted disease test results of a person accused of a crime that involved the exchange of bodily fluids to be reported to the State Health Officer. Requires the Health Officer to notify the victim or alleged victim of the crime upon receiving the test results. Classifies test results as confidential and prohibits disclosure or introduction into evidence. Identifies exceptions to the prohibition on disclosure (e.g., civil or criminal actions involving exposure to an STD, victim notification, etc.).
