Program Evaluation and Statistical Information
Requires the Department of Health collect statistical data regarding services provided through the Public Health Nursing Infant Home Visitation Program. Identifies data elements as including the number of birth eligible for the program, the number of patient requiring follow-up services, the number of patients that did not receive follow up services, and other statistics necessary to evaluate the program’s success.
