Other Mandatory Reporting Requirements
Requires EMS agencies, within 30 days of receiving a request for information, to report the request to the Office of Emergency Medical Services. Requires EMS agencies that receive a service of process to report the service to the Office within one working day. Requires EMS agencies to report the performance of needle or surgical cricothyrotomy or rapid sequence intubation to the Office within two hours of the procedure. Requires ambulance services involved in an incident that requires reporting to the Federal Aviation Administration or National Transportation Safety Board or otherwise impedes their transportation of a patient to report the incident to the Division within two hours.
