Organization of the health information technology office
Requires the Health Information Technology Office to establish an interoperable health information infrastructure within North Dakota, promote the adoption and use of HIT, promote health information system interoperability, administer a HIT loan program, and seek federal funding for HIT implementation efforts. Requires the Health Information Advisory Committee to make recommendations to the Office about how to carry out these tasks.
