Opioid treatment programs -- licensure required -- rules.
Requires opioid treatment programs to obtain a license from the Department of Human Services, HHS certification, and DOJ registration prior to operating in North Dakota. Permits the Department to license substance abuse treatment programs as opioid treatment programs. Requires the Department to establish rules for monitoring opioid treatment programs. Requires licensed opioid treatment programs to electronically report controlled substance prescriptions to the prescription drug monitoring program.
