Nonresident Pharmacy Registration
Requires nonresident pharmacies that deliver controlled substances or prescription drugs to Wyoming residents to obtain a license from the Pharmacy Board. Requires these pharmacies to maintain controlled substances records in a manner that permits their easy separation from records of other prescribed drugs. Requires pharmacies to notify the Board when ceasing operations or making a significant operational change (e.g., new owners, change of name, etc.). Specifies the grounds that authorize the Board to revoke a nonresident pharmacy’s license (e.g., violating Wyoming’s Pharmacy Practice Act, submission of fraudulent information to the Board for licensing purposes, purchase or receipt of drugs that lack FDA approval, etc.).
