Determination of whether data identifies individuals
The Commissioner of Health may withhold access to health or epidemiological data that identifies the individual patient or grant access to the data if it is summary data. The Commissioner must ensure that the data, taken alone or together cannot identify an individual patient that is the subject of the information.
