The Minnesota program is known as Minnesota Medicaid or the Minnesota Medical Assistance Program (MN)/Prepaid Medical Assistance Program Plus. It is administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Their website can be found here. As of June 1, 2018, there were 1,071,405 individuals enrolled in the Minnesota Medicaid program.1
