Records and reports required
All persons practicing healing arts must prepared detailed reports, as required by the Commissioner of Public Health, of each case of cancer treated or seen by the person professionally. All hospitals, clinics, labs, or other health care facilities must prepare a detailed record for each case of cancer, as required by the Commissioner.
