Chronic Infection; Perinatally Transmissible
All pregnancies of women infected with Hepatitis B, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, including acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), or other disease that can be transmitted perinatally, must be reported to the Commissioner of Health within one (1) day of finding out about the pregnancy.
