Minimum Structural Security and Equipment Requirements to Operate a Telepharmacy
Establishes structural, security, and equipment requirements for telepharmacies that operate in Wyoming. Requires telepharmacy equipment to include a computer, scanner, and printer that are capable of scanning prescriptions and displaying prescription information at both the telepharmacy and parent pharmacy. Requires telepharmacies to use a secure, HIPAA compliant a/v communication system and maintain a real time data, video, and audio link with the parent pharmacy during operating hours.
