Minimal Data Elements
Requires clinics, hospitals, and physicians to collect and report demographic information and clinical outcomes data for submission to the Wyoming Colorectal Cancer Early Detection Program (WCCEDP). Requires the WCCEDP to report outcomes data to the Wyoming State Legislature.
