Medical Records
Requires medical assistance facilities to maintain medical records for each patient and specifies the information that each record must contain (e.g., identifying data, medical history, test results, etc.). Requires facilities to establish policies for maintaining the confidentiality of records and safeguarding them against improper access, loss, or destruction.
