Mass. Gen. Laws. Ann. ch. 111, § 204 - Confidentiality of proceedings, reports and records

All proceedings and reports of a medical peer review committee are confidential and not subject to public disclosure.  Documents or reports available from the original source may be released for subpoena or discovery purposes.  Such documents may also be used in a lawsuit against a member of the peer review committee as long as the person providing the information to the peer review committee is not identified.
