“Reports by insurers of malpractice claims or actions; liability”
Every insurer or risk management organization must report to the board any claim or action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by error, omission, or negligence in the performance of a physician's professional services that resulted in the following: a final judgment amount, a settlement, or a final disposition not paid on behalf of physician. These reports shall be filed within 30 days.
