Requires licensed physicians and physician assistants to report violations of Idaho Code Ann. § 54-1814 (establishing grounds for professional discipline) to the Board of Medicine. Makes the failure to report violations grounds for professional discipline. Clarifies that this reporting obligation does not apply to information that physicians or physicians assistants obtain while participating in peer review or accessing peer review records and that physicians and physician assistants may not report such information.
