Permits minors aged 14 or older to consent to the diagnosis or treatment of a reportable infectious, contagious, or communicable disease. Clarifies that the consent of the minor’s parent(s) or guardian(s) is not necessary for treatment or diagnosis and that such parent(s) or guardian(s) are not liable for the cost of care.
