Requires providers of telehealth services to comply with the Idaho community standard of care when serving patients located in Idaho. Prohibits telehealth providers from making a diagnosis of conditions that cannot be diagnosed without a physical exam, lab tests, or imaging until they obtain the necessary information from an exam, test, or imaging study.
