Authorizes dentists and dental hygienists to provide telehealth services to patients located within 75 miles of their practice. Requires dental providers—when seeing a patient for the first time— to obtain informed consent, verify their patient’s location and identity, and disclose to the patient their name, location, phone number, and license number.
