Authorizes Medicaid coverage of private duty nursing (PDN) services when ordered by a physician. Requires a multi-disciplinary team to develop a plan of care for PDN services and for this plan to be signed by the attending physician, the child’s parent or guardian, the nurse providing care, and a Department of Health and Welfare representative. Requires completion of a status update every 90 days.
